Refund Policy
We will replace or refund any item that is faulty. Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Once garment tags are removed it is the customers responsibility to care for the garments as per the care label instructions. Items that have been mistreated or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
Please email through a picture of the faulty item, your original email receipt and order number to hello@wearesisters.com.au
